Humorously speaking, this is the title that could be used to sum up November in theaters. For three films come to the fore: “Letters to M. Farewells and Returns,” ‘Gladiator 2’ and ”Paddington in Peru.” These productions have conquered the Polish BoxOffice, and the results promise that the entire year of 2024 in theaters may reach the ceiling of 50 million viewers.
The sixth part of the Letters to M. Farewells and Returns series has thrilled with ticket sales results from the beginning. As many as 500,000 viewers saw the film during preview screenings and the first weekend of showings, and it is currently recording a score of 1.3 million tickets sold. Although the holidays are still some time away, the latest Letters to M. will remain in theaters for weeks to come.
Gladiator 2, Ridley Scott's long-awaited masterpiece with an all-star cast,
gathered more than 260,000 viewers in front of cinema screens on its premiere weekend, and this was only the beginning of the superproduction's impressive results. For in three weeks of screening on the big screen, Gladiator 2 was seen by 800,000 viewers.
The friendly Paddington bear has many fans in Poland. The first screenings of Paddington in Peru and the premiere weekend of this production attracted 300 thousand viewers. In total, so far, the new adventures of the friendly bear have been seen in Poland by 500 thousand cinemagoers.
At the end of November, Vaiana 2 was added to the list of biggest hits. Meanwhile, the first part of this film has enjoyed huge popularity on streaming platforms, reminding viewers of the magic of the story. During its opening weekend, Vaiana 2 reached a sensational 500,000 tickets sold.
